The Golden Fleece is a fantastic pub situated on Duke Street in the heart of Chelmsford. Dating back to at least c1654 The Golden Fleece has recently been refurbished and can boast to being one of the best places in Chelmsford to eat, drink and enjoy yourself!

Food is served daily from 12-4pm Monday-Thursday with the kitchen now open until 8pm on Friday and Saturdays! And 12-6 Sundays.

We have a great selection of draught lagers, beers, ales, stout and cider. We have bottled beers from all over the world too! We have a fine selection of spirts with a fine array of Rums, whiskeys and vodkas.

We also offer 6 white, 4 red and 3 rose wines with house wine starting at just £7 a bottle!

Cocktails are a big part of what we love doing and currently we offer 20 to choose from! They are great value at £4 each or 2 for £6.95!

We have live music on every week with live original bands, open mic nights, acoustic cover nights and not forgetting our famous Rebay Dj nights too!!

We also have sky sports on the screens and can boast one of the biggest (and we think best) beer gardens in chelmsford!
